Rocky is the second Red Ranger, chosen by Jason.  Of course, he, Adam, and Aisha probably had to take the place bacause they saw Billy Blue take off his helmet.  After that, they've helped the Rangers fight Putties and the other little things.  I liked Rocky's sense of humor and his apparent sarcasm.  "Why do I have to be 'The Butler?'"  Rocky likes to have fun, and I'm sure he had a great time as a Ranger.  He even had a great time handing his powers over to Justin, who had an even greater time.  It was a depressing departure for Rocky.
