Carlos, probably the only character to make a negative first impression among viewers.  He was on Adam's soccer team, but he had a problem remembering the meaning of the word "team."  When he helped remove citizens from a battlefield, Adam whisked him off to make him a Ranger.  Wow, just help someone across the street and you become a Ranger.  How easy!  In PR Turbo, Carlos was a sucker for soccer, as well as a bloodsucker (as you can see from his pic on the right).   Out of all the Rangers, Carlos probably knows more about what it's like to be not human.  He's been a vampire and a Barillian bug.  As for my opinions, I like his accent, especially when he says, "Shift into Turbo!"
