Here comes the ooze!  Ivan Ooze, that is!  He was the villain in MMPR: The Movie.  He was a comedy figure as well as a pretty nasty guy.  I don't know.....I think that a person's behavior can affect the way they look.  So, Ivan's charm makes him look good.  I was disappointed when the Rangers destroyed him in the movie.  I thought he would continue on in the TV series, like Divatox did after the Turbo movie.  Since his only appearance was in the movie, his character stayed the same throughout.
