What can I say?  Another cool cyborg.  This is Mighty Gazelle.  He was originally human, though.  He had a fatal accident, so doctors resurrected him as a cyborg.  Even after the accident, Gazelle continued racing.  I'm sure that underneath all that armor, he's a friendly guy....
