Elgar was one of my fave villains from PR Turbo and Space.  He was funny, and rather cute.  I had no idea that he wore underwear.  I wonder what it looks like?  Elgar has a big mouth.  I loved it when he babbled on about Darkonda.  I can certainly agree with everything he said.  I wonder how he fights with that cone head?  Doesn't it get in his way?  Is he really a robot?   Sorry, I don't have much to say about him.  I was kind of sad when Zordon's energy turned him to dust.  You'd think that a funny guy like Elgar can't be all that evil.
